Shipping & Delivery
Every StayNear Cat Scratcher House ships free within the United States. There is no minimum, no surcharge, and no shipping cost added at checkout.
Where it ships from
We ship from our US warehouse, which is why delivery is measured in days rather than weeks. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: 1–3 business days after you order
- Delivery: 3–5 business days once dispatched
- Tracking: emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend are dispatched the following week.
What arrives
The Scratcher House ships flat in a single box and assembles with the included screws and hardware. Nothing else is required.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or the box arrives damaged, email support@staynear.shop with your order number and a photo. Damage in transit is our problem to fix, not yours — we'll replace it or refund you at our cost.
